• Tech lead for Gen AI Studio, Airbnb's platform for building generative AI applications, now used by hundreds of engineers across the company.
• Designed the frontend architecture and built the core workflows: prompt and dataset management, model evaluation, and side-by-side comparison of model outputs.
• Turned research-stage ML tooling into a product: worked with ML, infra, and product partners to define requirements and cut the time from idea to working prototype.

Community support platform

• Tech lead for Ambassador Productivity, the tools used daily by 15,000+ support ambassadors, setting technical direction and performance standards for the team.
• Shipped generative AI into ambassador workflows, including conversation summaries, suggested responses, and phone call transcription.
• Led the company-wide frontend hiring working group, standardizing interview questions and rubrics for every frontend loop at Airbnb.
